Zodiac x GiantMouse: launching soon
A dive watch paired with a dive knife
We’ve well-established that we feel that watches are one of the most important tools in our every day carry. Sure, they look good, but they’re also tiny machines that can help keep us on time. After that, what you’ll find many of us carrying (at least, those writing for this site) is going to be a knife of some sort - another very useful tool. Now, if you want to use your tools for their intended purpose, the new Zodiac x GiantMouse collaboration is going to be of interest to you.
Zodiac x GiantMouse: what it brings
On the watch side of things, they’re starting with the Zodiac Super Sea Wolf Compression, done up in a color scheme we’ve seen from them in the past - silver case, black dial, and orange accents. This then is paired to a new dive knife (at least, we couldn’t find a similar model on their page) from GiantMouse, done up in the same color scheme.
You can tell looking at the knife that this is not your standard carry, for cutting your normal every day stuff (you know, like packaging and string). You’ve got a flat-tip tanto-style blade, saw teeth on one side, and even a hooked cutting surface near the handle. Our presumption here is that this is a fixed-blade knife (which would then have a sheath), just for the fact that dealing with the bearings for a flipper would not be great in the water. Not to mention trying to deal with a locking mechanism with gloves, underwater, sounds like an exercise in frustration.
Wrapping things up
While we’re telling you about the new Zodiac x GiantMouse collaboration today, it’s going to be a few more days until its available for purchase. Specifically, it’ll be up for grabs on February 27, 2026 at 11am Eastern Time. If you want to add this pair to your upcoming dive trip, you’ll be able to do that for $2,295, at ZodiacWatches.com or GiantMouse.com
