Luminox is adding a Volition America edition to its 3250 Steel Series, a military-inspired quartz field watch that aims at toughness and clear legibility, with a charity tie-in. Price is $895.

The case is 45 mm in black IP-coated 316L steel, 14 mm thick, with a screw-in crown and case back. The bezel is a uni-directional and the watch is water resistant to 200 meters. Up top you get a sapphire crystal with anti-reflective coating. Inside is the Swiss Ronda 715 quartz movement and the whole watch is covered in Tritium tubes that provides a constant glow for up to 25 years.
