Just like the headphones we wrote about yesterday, a desk chair - especially if you’re working from home some or all of the week - is a critical part of your daily routine. You have no end of options that you can find out there, especially on crowd-funding platforms. Interestingly enough, that’s where the LiberNovo Omni got its start. Over 10,000 folks backed it there, and now you’ve got a chance to get it at a discount before it hits retail at the end of October.

LiberNovo Omni: what it is
This is more than the average chair you’re going to find at a big-box store, and it’s also not just another variant of the racing bucket seat gaming chair. No, this chair has all manner of articulation points, and even has motors in it to not just massage you, but to also help the chair adapt to how you move during your day. Here’s some highlights:
Dynamic Support: An intelligent motorized system that adapts in real time, maintaining posture and comfort as you shift.
Bionic FlexFit Backrest: 16 precision joints and 8 adaptive panels that follow the natural curve of your spine for all-day support.
OmniStretch Massage: Built-in massage to release tension, restore focus, and keep long sessions effortless.
Four Adaptive Modes:
Deep Focus — balanced posture for long work stretches
Solo Work — upright and video-call ready
Soft Recline — recharge during downtime or gaming
Spine Flow — full recline to stretch, reset, and recover
Frankly, I can see all of those modes being quite helpful over the course of the day.

The materials
All the motors in the world won’t make a difference if the chair isn’t comfortable to the touch. For the seat base, they’ve got a multi-density foam that’s firmer at the back, and softer nearer the front, to help ease leg pressure. This is over the top of a reinforced frame, and is paired with a mesh chair back to ensure airflow.

The pre-order details
The pre-order for the LiberNovo Omni is open now, and runs through October 20, 2025. During that period, you can knock $250 off the expected retail price, bringing it down to $848. You can also sign up for the mailing list to get another 5% knocked off. They’ve also got other accessories, like a foot rest, a new cooling pad for the seat, and even additional battery packs.
