Cross-collaboration and pairing up are nothing new in the watch world. Sometimes, you see a collab model and you wonder just how thinly stretched the association is. Then, there are others that drop, and it feels like the perfect pairing. That’s how we feel about the G-SHOCK x Toyota Team Land Cruiser Mudman.
Why so perfect?
Well, we all know that the G-SHOCK watches are legendary for their toughness. The Mudman range take that and pivot specifically to outdoorsy things (which is why you’ve got an altimeter, barometer, and compass built in) that are, well, bound to get a bit dirty. Hence the Mudman name.
Well, what could be dirtier than rally racing? Rally races are tough events (though rather fun to watch).
