Breitling Superocean Heritage B31 Bucherer Edition
If you want a semi-vintage sports watch look that could also blend in for a formal occasion, it would be hard to argue against the Breitling Superocean Heritage B31 line. You can find these in either three-hander or chronograph versions, and in a wide range of color schemes. As of today, there’s a new color combo available with the Breitling Superocean Heritage B31 Bucherer Edition.

Breitling Superocean Heritage B31 Bucherer Edition: what it is
Well, it’s a Superocean B31, of course, in a 42mm case. What sets this one apart, specifically, are the colors used. On the dial, you’ve got the blue that we see used on Bucherer collaborations, and it’s paired with a black ceramic dive bezel insert. While there have been blue dials in the line, this is the first time it’s been paired with a black bezel.
On the exhibition caseback, the Bucherer name appears, as well as engraving denoting the watch as a special edition. Nothing on the dial side, which is how we prefer these sorts of collab/special editions to be done.
Past those tweaks, this is very much the watch we’re familiar with. Inside, you’ve got the Breitling B31 automatic movement, which runs at 4 Hz and offers up to a 78-hour power reserve. This is set in a steel case, with sapphire crystals and (we presume) a screw-down crown, netting out at a 200m WR rating.
Wrapping things up
If you’d like to put this very black-and-blue (which seems fitting for 2025) Breitling Superocean Heritage B31 Bucherer Edition onto your wrist, you’re looking at $6,200 for the privilege. And, of course, you’ll need to find your local Bucherer boutique. breitling.com x bucherer.com
