BROWSING TO THE TICK OF A DIFFERENT WATCHMAKER That was eccentric hoopster Dennis Rodman making the scene in Basel, Switzerland, at the world’s biggest timepiece and jewelry exhibition the other day. The former Chicago Bull, in jeans and a sweat jacket, stood out, as usual in the elegantly dressed crowd. He was accompanied by two rapper types and, according to a Lowdown spy, “a skinny, foreign-looking chick with black hair. She said, ‘Oh my God, My hair is going to get curly! I can’t go out in the rain!’ “
