70 years ago, Zodiac introduced the Sea Wolf Diver. These days, we’d be more familiar with it as the Zodiac Super Sea Wolf Skin Diver (which we reviewed here). To mark the 70th anniversary, they’ve collaborated with Huckberry to introduce a new version.
What is it?
The Huckberry x Zodiac Super Sea Wolf Bronze Skin Diver is the same Skin Diver that we reviewed, albeit with one significant change. Rather than a steel bezel and crown, they’re done up in warm bronze. While I’ve gone away from bronze cases in the last few years (in terms of preference), this touch of bronze works quite well against the black dial, particularly when paired with the brown suede strap that comes with this one.
Where can I get one?
That’s the tricky bit, in our opinion. Only 182 of these are being produced, at a price tag of $1,895. They’re available right now directly from Huckberry. Should any be left by August 10th, they’ll then also be available directly from Zodiac.
