DOXA hasn’t made a GMT SUB model in nearly two decades. Now it’s back. The new SUB 250T GMT drops today at Geneva Watch Week 2025, and it’s a sharp mix of familiar cues and new moves. GMT complication, 40mm case, nine colorways, and a strong nod to DOXA’s past – this one’s built for travel, but still a diver at heart.

This isn’t just a rerelease of the old SUB 750T GMT. DOXA kept the soul but changed the shape. The new 40mm case makes it wearable across more wrist sizes without losing presence. You still get the screw-down crown, 250 meters of water resistance, and a unidirectional bezel with the brand’s signature diving scale. Everything is trimmed down without feeling stripped.

The SUB 250T GMT answers the call that collectors and DOXA retailers have been making for years: bring back the GMT. Now it’s here.

What You’re Getting

The specs are solid:

  • Swiss automatic movement (4 Hz, 50-hour reserve)
  • Anti-reflective sapphire crystal
  • Super-LumiNova on hands and indices
  • Skeletonized GMT hand in DOXA’s own design
  • Date at 3 o’clock
  • 18mm lugs

You can choose between the classic stainless steel “beads of rice” bracelet or a color-matched rubber strap. Both options include folding clasps with dive suit extensions.

The Lineup

DOXA is launching all nine of its usual colors for the SUB 250T GMT including orange, black, navy, yellow, and turquoise. They even have a gradient black model with white hands AKA the Sharkhunter.

That last one’s the standout. The gradient dial is a first for DOXA and feels like a direct nod to vintage collectors. The all-white handset is clean and legible, especially against the dark dial. It’s a quiet flex.

Pricing and Availability

Prices start at CHF 2,350 (USD 2,450) on rubber and CHF 2,390 (USD 2,490) on the bracelet. Not cheap, but in line with what you’d expect for a Swiss GMT with real dive chops. Available now at DOXA retailers and on the official site.

The SUB 250T GMT isn’t trying to be a luxury showpiece. It’s a tool watch, with just enough style to pass at dinner. DOXA nailed the size, brought back a fan-favorite function, and gave collectors something new without abandoning the formula. If you live across time zones or just want a reliable, good-looking GMT in a compact dive case, this is worth a look. doxawatches.com
